Our mission is to challenge contestants to embrace the skills necessary to become successful at any age in real life situations. It is never too early to begin or too late to start! What can you learn at AMP? The ability to introduce oneself with confidence, interviewing with skill and poise, showing off your glowing stage presence, wowing the audience with your performance and talent, and being a true role model. Having strength on a tough day. Building self confidence at every turn. Yes, spread those wings and fly! You have earned it.
That's right! Relax! This is AMP. The atmosphere at AMP is relaxed and friendly at each and every event. We strive to keep every part of the competition fun and exciting for the contestants and their families. Enjoy yourself. Make friends for a lifetime. Treasure the journey and cherish each moment. It is far more important than the destination. You are part of the AMP family and we want you to be comfortable in a stress-free environment. Really - DON'T WORRY - BE HAPPY!
One of the most important things we can do in this world is to give back to those in need. At America's Miss this is one of our primary focuses. For the last 8 years we have been doing a holiday toy and gift collection for the St. Vincent's Center for abused children and teens. This work will continue and we will once again be hosting our 9th annual Candy Cane Lane holiday pageant and awards banquet Dec. 10th in Levittown, PA. Everyone is welcome!
We are also very excited to announce that we are working on building a partnership with the Children's Hospital of Philadelphia along with the Ryan Seacrest Foundation!! More details coming soon.
Have you met Pop? He is a one and only, and he looks forward to every single event. You'll see him at the door as he greets all the contestants and their families. Stop by for a chat and to visit "POP's RAFFLE WORLD". A special place where you can win amazing prizes all for a very good cause.
Meet my wonderful children, Jenny and Robby. Jenny is a successful administrator for a law firm and continuing her higher education at York College. Robby is an honor roll student, hockey player and sports fan. They both spend pageant weekends helping out in so many ways. They are awesome, and I am so blessed to have such amazing children who also share in our vision to make the world a better place through pageantry!
"I have been actively involved in pageantry for 16 years. Starting out as a pageant mom gave me a special perspective when it came time to move on to directing for others 12 years ago and ultimately creating my own pageant system. I truly believe that every person deserves their moment to shine, and that taking part in pageantry builds confidence and can prepare you for the Miss America Pageant, the Miss USA Pageant and more. Our vision is to provide that in a family friendly, fun, and professional atmosphere. Many of you have met my Dad, aka “Pop”, who also shares this vision. We both hope that you will cherish your AMP moments, just as we will, and we are always here to answer any of your pageant questions.
